"We combined seven deliveries coming to Colorado in order to save freight charges. Amy from TMS called in advance to set up the appointments for Tuesday, February 4. Unfortunately, that was the one day St. Vrain could not accept deliveries. Amy suggested that we could deliver at three stops, Denver, Cherry Creek and Littleton, on Tuesday and St. Vrain and Johnstown on Wednesday morning so that the driver could make his last appointment in California Thursday. In spite of the horrible cold and snow, we got all the stops made on time. The driver, Bill, could not have been nicer in spite of having to sit overnight. He kept asking what he, or TMS, could do to make things easier for us. He went above and beyond to make sure we, and our customers, were happy.
